Ninja Food currently offers daily delivery!
Cut-off Time for Next Day Delivery
Please kindly take note that we require 1 day to prepare your order. For next day delivery, please place your order by 6pm. If you place your order after 6pm, you will receive your order the day after tomorrow, i.e. an order placed after 6pm on Friday will be delivered on Sunday. Please note that certain items will require 2 or more days to fulfill, and it will be stated in our product description.
FREE delivery with a net order* of $100 or more. Otherwise, a $12 delivery fee will apply to every order below $100. We do not offer self-collection currently.

Advance Order & Delivery
Please take note that you can only place an order up to 14 days in advance. Should you place an order more than 14 days ahead, we will deliver your order 14 days from the order date.
We currently deliver Monday to Sunday. We endeavour to get your order to your doorstep at your preferred time slot. We have 2 delivery time slots: 12.30pm to 6pm and 6pm to 8pm. Do note that there is a limited number of delivery per time slot.
However, delivery may be affected by several factors, including those outside of our control such as bad weather, equipment failure and adverse traffic conditions. While timely delivery is an important commitment, we place an equal importance on ensuring the safety of our delivery partner. We will make every effort to avoid a delay. Should a delay be unavoidable, we will alert our customers.
Failed Delivery - No Recipient or Wrong Address
We strongly advise that you select a time slot that you are certain someone will be around to receive the order. In the event of a missed delivery due to the absence of a recipient, please contact us to arrange for a re-delivery**, which is chargeable at an additional $12.
**Live and fresh items will not be replaced.
Special Delivery Arrangement
Any personal arrangements, e.g. leaving the package with neighbour, security or concierge; placing parcel in a cupboard or behind the gate; etc., is against our policy as this might compromise the freshness of your seafood.
Payment on Delivery
All payments must be made online using your credit or debit card when you check out your shopping cart. For manual order of seasonal item, payment must be made at least 48 hours before delivery, via PayNow or PayLah.
