We make every effort to ensure your order is prepared and packed correctly. However, in the unlikely event that a mistake has been made, do contact us upon receiving your order.
Ninja Food guarantees that your seafood is freshly caught and packed for you on your desired delivery date. All seafood that does not pass our stringent selection standards are rejected. Therefore, we are confident of the freshness of our products.
As such, we do not offer a refund except for the following scenarios:
A. Incorrect item: We will arrange for a free re-delivery of the correct item and collect back the wrongly delivered item.
B. Unavailable item: We will offer a full refund or arrange for a free re-delivery.
Please permit up to 10% allowance in the chosen weight of your seafood. In the event that your selected size isn't available, we will always substitute with a larger size at no additional cost to you.
Please note that all weight and size are measured before the seafood is processed. It is typical for seafood to lose between 15 to 20% of its weight after being processed.
