HK Style Steamed Sea Bass

Serves 4

Ingredients
1. 600 to 700g of Ninja Food’s whole Live Sea Bass
2. ¼ cup white wine
3. ¼ cup soy sauce
4. ¼ olive oil
5. 4 garlic cloves – chopped
6. 25g scallion – chopped
7. 10g ginger – minced
8. 2 teaspoons sugar
9. 1 lime

Steps
1. Rinse the fish with the wine.
2. Steam the fish for 8-12mins or until done. Discard the cloudy fish water when done.
3. Prepare the sauce in a bowl – Mix garlic, ginger, scallion, sugar and soy sauce.
4. Heat up the olive oil then add the sauce. Stir and bring to a boil.
5. Pour the sauce over the steamed sea bass and serve. Garnish with sliced lime.
